Training provided
Comprehensive training and onboarding support is provided to all new Franchise Owners. This includes training and guidelines on operating a community care business, plus workforce recruitment and management, service delivery, IT and operating systems, financial management, sales, local area promotions and business development. In addition, on site practical support in newly established offices is provided to ensure seamless transition into business ownership.
